We dispatch Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 13:00 EET on a working day usually go out the same afternoon.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link in the dispatch email — usually next morning. If the link doesn't update within 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase the courier.
How yarn travels
Yarn skeins travel in acid-free tissue inside a kraft box; threads come in a kraft envelope with the colour card on top. Hoops are wrapped in tissue and protected with a corrugated card sleeve. The only piece of plastic in the parcel is the courier sticker.
Outside the EU
We do not currently ship outside the European Union. If you'd like us to, please email and we'll see what we can arrange — depends on the courier and the destination.
